All of our electrical items are flat packed and will require a qualified electrician to assemble and install. We recommend only booking an electrician once your order has been delivered and inspected.
Each individual product has its delivery time stated in the information box. If in the unlikely event it will take longer you will be notified of this immediately. Located on our checkout page is a box to add extra information, for example helpful instructions for the courier driver or a safe place to leave the order.
Please note that deliveries to the Scottish Islands and Offshore Islands can take up to 2 extra days. Morning and Saturday deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost, please enquire.
We use City Link courier with all of our deliveries, you will receive an e-mail or text (if you used a mobile as the contact number) update once the order is despatched, informing you of the date of arrival.
City Link deliver between 9am and 6pm Monday to Friday. If there is no-one in to receive the delivery a card will be left by the courier containing instructions on how to arrange for a re-delivery, the driver will automatically attempt delivery the following day.
Please note that City Link will hold the parcel at your local depot for 5 working days. It is up to you to contact City Link to arrange a re-delivery. If you do not arrange re-delivery and the goods come back to Haysom Interiors you will have to pay the carriage again to have the goods re delivered. Refunds will only be given within the 7 day refund period and only the value of the goods will be refunded, not the delivery charge.
